The GSSE2023 Local Councils Roadshow continued on Saturday 15th April, when the Pembroke Local Council and the Kunsill Reġjonali Lvant hosted a number of activities to celebrate the forthcoming Games. Hosted in collaboration with Gvern Lokali and the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation the event included cycling, football, karate, pickleball as well as the presence of member of the Maltese Police Force and the Malta Red Cross. In attendance were athlete Janet Richard and shooter Clive Farrugia, who are currently training for possible participation in the Games. Present for the event was Hon. Minister Dr Clifton Grima.
