The Games Venues
All venues have been developed to be compatible with all the International Competition Rules and Regulations as per GSSE requirements and are provided with services for a complete functional purpose of the defined sport discipline to be practised during training and the competition itself.
The main Sport venues will be composed of:
Main Venue – Playing Area, Help Desk – including I.T. Facilities, Dressing Rooms, Clinic – Medical Room, Press – Media Centre, Catering – Refreshments Area, V.I.P. Lounge, Games Equipment, Acoustics & Lighting, Security – Fire & Protection, Spectator Seating, Parking Area
Each venue will include a team of sport dependent personnel that will also include a Venue Manager, Technical Officials, Competition Referees / Judges, Volunteers, Medical Staff and access to a Media centre.
